The short version: there is nothing personal on this site to collect. VisaSpecs is a reference — it publishes spec sheets, it doesn’t process your photos, your documents or your identity. The longer version covers what the site itself touches.

There is no upload to make private

Most privacy pages in this niche explain how your photo is handled. Ours is simpler: VisaSpecs never receives one. The lookup widget and the unit converter run in your browser on data embedded in the page — picking a country or typing a number into the converter sends nothing anywhere. You can load a page, disconnect, and every feature still works.

What the site itself handles

• Server logs. Pages are served through Cloudflare, which processes standard request metadata — IP address, user agent, timestamp, requested URL — to deliver content and protect the site from abuse. There are no accounts and no forms, so these logs have nothing to combine with.
• No analytics profiles. We don’t run product analytics that build a profile of you across visits; at most we look at aggregate page counts.
• No trackers of our own. The only third-party code is advertising, below.

Advertising and cookies

If ads are shown, they’re served by networks such as Google AdSense, which may set cookies or similar identifiers to measure impressions and — where permitted — personalize ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising in Google’s Ads Settings, or use a browser that blocks third-party cookies; the reference content works identically either way.

Outbound links

Every spec card links to an official authority page. Those sites have their own privacy policies — we send you to the source precisely so you deal with the authority directly, not through us.
